2．Purpose of opening the branch

JIA and JLPS will open new branch in order to expand the scale of its mainstay Operating Lease Business and Fractional Real Estate Fund Business, as well as to expand its business portfolio, including various consulting services, and to promote prompt community-based customer service closely linked to the local community.

JIA and JLPS create and sell unique financial instruments to our investors that consist of SME's all over Japan, through a nationwide network of financial institutions, including banks and securities companies, and tax and accounting firms. In addition to JIA and JLPS provide comprehensive solution services that include tackling challenges such as shortage of human resources and successors in SME's and financing and strategic planning support for sustainable growth.
